Brazilian President Luiz Inacio “Lula” da Silva met in Venezuela with President Hugo Chavez on Friday to evaluate the progress of bilateral development projects, in particular accords related to Venezuela’s industrialization, production of soy, and entrance as a member in MERCOSUR.
