Giant rally in support of Hugo Chavez on 10 January
As the opposition call the Supreme Court decision to allow Hugo Chavez to postpone his swearing-in because he is recovering from an operation for cancer, a "coup", Venezuelans, movements, and the militia went out into the streets of Caracas today to support Chavez, and the Bolivarian revolution.
Many people brought their constitutions and waved placards saying ‘yo soy Chavez’ – I’m Chavez- to signify that the president’s influence goes beyond his person, and he respresents a movement and an idea.
