As the opposition call the Supreme Court decision to allow Hugo Chavez to postpone his swearing-in because he is recovering from an operation for cancer, a "coup", Venezuelans, movements, and the militia went out into the streets of Caracas today to support Chavez, and the Bolivarian revolution.
Many people brought their constitutions and waved placards saying 'yo soy Chavez' - I'm Chavez- to signify that the president's influence goes beyond his person, and he respresents a movement and an idea.
The presidents from Bolivia and Uruguay also came today to show their support. Pictured here, Bolivian president Evo Morales, ex Paraguayan president Fernando Lugo, and Venezuelan vice-president Nicolas Maduro..
