Venezuela Condemns Deadly Western Airstrike in Syria
Venezuela voiced its solidarity with Syria following a US airstrike that killed over 50 civilians in the northeastern part of the country.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela expresses its rejection of the deaths of more than fifty Syrian civilians, including women and children, as a result of the aerial attacks carried out on the 18th of July by the West’s coalition, which occurred in the city of Al Tujar in the north east of the Syrian Arab Republic.
The Venezuelan governments calls for respect for the sovereignty and territorial totality of Syria in accordance with the United Nations’ charter, whiles calling on the international community to pay attention to these kinds of recurrent attacks, in which a defenceless civilian population is dying, and which repeatedly bring brother Syrian people into perpetual mourning.
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela communicates its deepest condolences to the government of the Syrian Arab Republic and its people, the families of the victims, in these sensitive times of pain, and simultaneously ratifies its solidarity and fraternity with this sister country.
