Trump Sanctions Against Venezuela Have Decimated Oil Production

The Trump administration is considering imposing sanctions on Venezuela's oil sector. Talking to Greg Wilpert, CEPR's Mark Weisbrot explains that the sanctions that are already in place lead to many deaths and make an economic recovery practically impossible.
