President Chávez implement your ideals slowly

I agree with your ideas, but please be careful on how fast you implement them.

To take over the oil industry you need a lot of highly trained technical and managerial staff. Saudi Arabia, I believe, did it the correct way, slowly but surely.

Please also remember that corruption flourishes in any political setting. There are hangers-on that will milk the system as much as possible.

Please remember that the president of the U.S.A. is waiting for your economy to crumble due to shortages and for corruption to become overwelming, then they will strike fast in the name of the people. Remember what happened to President Salvador Allende in 1973.

I am sure you know all of the above and will be successeful.
