“Venezuela sells petroleum to whoever it wants” – March against U.S. sanctions

On Sunday 29 May around ten thousand people marched in Caracas to protest the sanctions by the U.S. on Venezuela’s state oil company Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) for trading with Iran.

The marchers, including many PDVSA workers from around the country, rallied in three main plazas in Caracas, calling for the defence of national sovereignty against foreign interference.
