Exxon, You were given ample (legal) notice. Rubbish! this is an matter purely under the jurisdiction of Venezuelan authority. Not even bi-lateral. The government therefore can not and should not violate its own sovereignty thus undermining its authority by extending a purely local issue to an international arbitrator.
